I. Safety Measures During the Construction and Use of Scaffolding .
After the scaffolding system is set up, a dedicated person should conduct daily inspections of the scaffolding structure to check for any subsidence or loosening of the upright poles and walkway boards, whether all the fasteners of the scaffolding frame are slipping or loosening, and whether all the components of the entire scaffolding are complete and intact.
2. The foundation drainage of the scaffolding should be properly handled. After each rain, a thorough inspection of the foundation of the scaffolding structure should be conducted to prevent water accumulation and subsidence at the base of the scaffolding. Scaffolding manufacturer
3. The construction load on the working level of the scaffolding must not exceed 270 kilograms per square meter. Do not fix crossbars, guy ropes, etc. to the scaffolding. Do not suspend heavy objects on the scaffolding structure.
5. On the completed scaffolding system, no one is allowed to arbitrarily remove any components from the scaffolding.
5. When encountering winds of force 6 or above, heavy fog, heavy rain or heavy snow, the scaffolding work should be immediately suspended. Before resuming work, it is necessary to check that the scaffolding has no problems before continuing the work.
II. Precautions for the Use of Equipment During Scaffolding Construction
Scaffolding pipes with diameters of 48mm and 51mm must not be used together.
2. At the main connection points of the scaffolding, the centerline distance between the fixed horizontal rods or vertical rods, scissors braces, and horizontal supports and the main connection points should not exceed 150mm.
3. The length by which each end of the scaffold pole protrudes beyond the edge of the coupling plate shall be no less than 140mm.
4. The openings of the connecting fasteners should face the inside of the scaffold, with the bolts pointing upwards. The openings of the right-angle fasteners must not face downwards to ensure safety.
5. All staff involved in the shelving process must hold relevant certificates, wear safety helmets and secure safety belts.
6. All personnel involved in the installation process must strictly follow the design plan when carrying out the work.
7. During the construction process, tie rods and diagonal braces should be set up promptly and must not be delayed beyond two steps.
8. During the construction process, it is necessary to pay attention to adjusting the straightness of the scaffolding. The allowable deviation is 100mm.
