Safety technical measures for the dismantling of ringlock scaffolding.

1.ring lock scaffold Dismantling Approval.

The ring lock scaffold shall only be dismantled after being confirmed by the project manager and a dismantling permit has been issued.

2.Pre-Dismantling Inspection.

•Assign the professional to check if materials and debris on the ring lock scaffold have been cleared.

•Mark out safety zones and set up warning signs before dismantling.

•Appoint the professional to guard the area; no other personnel shall work below while dismantling.

3. Dismantling Sequence

•Follow the "last erected, first dismantled" principle.

•Start from the top level and work downward layer by layer.

•Prohibit simultaneous dismantling from multiple levels and throwing of components.

4. Component Removal

•Remove ring lock scaffold parts and accessories layer by layer using safe methods.

•Sort, package, and transport components properly while ensuring site safety.

•Coordinate and cooperate during dismantling; prohibit only one person removing heavy parts or accessories.

5. Stability Measures

•Maintain a height-to-width ratio of dismantled sections not exceeding 3:1.

•Use safety ropes and hooks to lower each member to the ground; never throw.

•In each step, remove diagonal members first, followed by horizontal members, and then vertical members in sequence.
