Challenges:
Located in the city center, the urban rail transit project faced limited construction space, demanding extremely high standards for the safety of the foundation pit support, material turnover efficiency, and on-site civilized construction (noise, dust).
Solution:
Addressing the characteristics of deep foundation pits in metro stations, we adopted a high-load-bearing, low-loss modular scaffolding system. Through rigorous pre-construction safety briefings and real-time safety inspections during construction, we ensured safe operation in confined spaces. Simultaneously, our logistics team implemented a 24-hour response mechanism, precisely allocating materials according to the construction schedule, minimizing on-site footprint.
Results:
This project not only provided a safe and stable working environment for the rapid construction of the underground main structure but also contributed to creating a standardized construction site through its clean and orderly appearance. The project experience has been successfully replicated in the construction of metro lines in multiple cities.
