Challenges:
This project involved the construction and installation of large spherical tanks and storage tanks, a typical heavy chemical infrastructure project with extremely high requirements for safety during high-altitude operations, fire and explosion prevention, and formwork support for irregularly shaped structures. The site conditions were also complex.
Solution:
We provided a comprehensive solution combining heavy-duty support systems and steel formwork. Our professional engineering team went to the site to produce detailed 2D/3D design and construction layout drawings based on the curved structure of the storage tanks, and dispatched technical personnel to provide on-site installation guidance, ensuring absolute safety under extremely heavy loads and during high-altitude operations.
Results:
We successfully facilitated the safe capping of the project's core unit, delivering it to a high standard with "zero accidents," earning the general contractor's high trust and further solidifying our reputation in the Central Asian market.
