The Venetian Resort Hotel Project

Challenges: 

As Asia's first large-scale integrated resort, the project is massive in scale and complex in design, encompassing a hotel, casino, shopping mall, and a unique landscape modeled after the canals of Venice. The construction schedule was extremely tight, and it placed exceptionally high demands on safety during high-altitude operations, support for large-span spaces, and the formwork forming of irregular structures.

Solution: 

We provided a comprehensive solution combining a high-load-bearing frame scaffolding system with irregularly shaped steel formwork. Our engineering team intervened early, producing detailed 2D/3D construction drawings and static calculations for the complex structures of the hotel's dome and canal banks. Our production team worked in shifts around the clock to ensure precise material matching, and we dispatched experienced technicians to the site to provide full installation guidance and safety inspections, guaranteeing absolute safety for multiple trades operating simultaneously.

The project's main structure was topped out ahead of schedule, ensuring the landmark building's stunning debut on time.
